This notice covers requests to join the Dalil launch and early-access waitlist. The contact for this waitlist is rehan@ummahsignal.com.
What we collect
Your email address, the page where you signed up, the consent wording version and the time you agreed. We also use short-lived hashed rate-limit records to reduce automated abuse; we do not store your raw IP address in the waitlist.
Why we collect it
With your consent, we keep your request so we can contact you about Dalil’s launch and early access. The checkbox is optional until you choose to submit. Joining does not create an account or verify that you own the email address. This form does not send an email or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Who can access it
Authorized Dalil staff can review, export or remove waitlist requests. The website’s hosting and database services process the information for that purpose. We do not publish the list or sell your email address.
How long it stays
Requests expire after 365 days and are excluded from active lists and exports. Expired records are removed by the service’s retention cleanup. You can ask us to remove your request sooner.
Change your mind
Email rehan@ummahsignal.com from the address you submitted to withdraw consent, request access or correction, or ask for removal. Withdrawing does not affect how your request was handled before withdrawal. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
